Foot and Ankle
Step 1. - Exfoliate. - If you want soft feet, the best way to get it is by exfoliating- get rid of the dead skin.
Step 2. - Use lotion.
Step 3. - When you wake up, use the lotion again, this time you will be pushing your cuticles down as you massage your feet.
Step 4. - Paint your nails! Remember that you only want to use THREE strokes! First, you are dipping the brush into the bottle and getting a decent bead-size amount that will spread when it hits your nail.
Next, you will start at the base of your nail and stroke to the left. Last you stroke to the right. That’s it. No more or you will have smudges.
